Nox Vitae Discord Rules

Welcome to our 18+ community server. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and drama-free space for creators, collaborators, and staff alike.

Server Rules

  • ✔ 18+ Only: All members must be 18 or older. Minors will be banned without appeal.
  • ✔ Respect & Civility: No harassment, slurs, hate speech, or targeted insults will be tolerated.
  • ✔ Drama-Free Zone: No community gossip, infighting, or external club drama.
  • ✔ SFW Policy: NSFW content (images, usernames, links) is strictly prohibited.
  • ✔ Platform Compliance: All users must follow Discord’s Terms of Service.

Self-Promotion Policy

  • ✔ Allowed (1x/day in #self-promotion):
    • Music on public platforms (Spotify, SoundCloud, public YouTube)
    • Streaming links (Twitch, Kick, YouTube – SFW only)
    • Free avatars that do not require server or group join
  • ✖ Not Allowed:
    • NSFW platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.)
    • Donation/payment links (PayPal, Ko-fi, GoFundMe, etc.)
    • Store ads, commission services, or sales pitches
    • Promotion via DMs or anywhere outside #self-promotion

Moderation & Enforcement

⚠️ Timeout – First Offense

  • Any general rule violation not subject to instant ban
  • Used to issue a formal warning and give time to reflect

⚠️ Ban – Second Offense

  • If a user repeats any rule violation after a timeout

⚠️ Instant Ban Includes:

  • Minors (under 18 years of age) accessing the private community, services, or websites
  • NSFW imagery posted in chat
  • Malicious hate speech or harassment
  • Major Discord TOS violations (e.g. spam, raids, scams)

Appeals

  • ✔ You may appeal your ban either via DISCORD.GG/NOXVITAE by opening a ticket, or emailing NoxVitaeOfficial@gmail.com. Both of which we will require the name of the account that was banned and from what service (Discord, VRChat, Nox Vitae services)
  • ✖ You may not submit a ban appeal on behalf of someone else. We offer an alternate communication path for those unable to access our Discord for this purpose.
  • ✔ Appeals are reviewed by leadership only. All decisions are final unless re-opened through internal admin consensus.
  • ✔ If a member breaks a collaborator’s rules and it’s brought to us, we take the concern seriously — but all final enforcement decisions are handled internally by Nox Vitae leadership.
  • ✔ Nox Vitae reserves the right to decline any partnership, collaboration, or participation with any individual or entity for violations of our values or Terms of Service.

These rules are reviewed and updated as needed. Remaining in the community means agreeing to these terms.
